What this live event is:

- Supporting the client in accessing ideas that he or she has, but may not be consciously aware of.

- Assistance in getting absolutely clear on what it really is that the client wants.

- A sounding board for new ideas

- Support in big decision making

- Challenge to expand thinking process and make bold new decisions.

- Direction in times of confusion, opinion, and if necessary, advice.

- Brainstorming to flesh out new ideas.

- Acknowledgement and validation. 

What this live event is not:

- Mentoring in knowledge, experiences, and skills.

- Consulting; coaching involves the ‘client’ improving their own skills to improve the situation.

- Therapy and counseling; which tends to focus on past events and feelings attached to it. Coaching focuses on the future and how to get

there in a systematic and accelerated pace.

- Using the coach as a crutch. The coach is not the one achieving the client’s dreams; the client is responsible for that. The client MUST

take ownership of what they commit to doing.

- On line

The Client is responsible to attend at the appointed time (please see event fact sheet for full details). 

Refund Policy:

- If you aren't satisfied for any reason, or if this even does not live up to your expectations, you won't be out one red cent. Just write to us promptly and we'll refund your entire tuition. You have within 2 days from the start of the event to request a refund. 

Cancellation policy:

- With 1 week notice before the event, if someone is unable to attend the event, that client is welcome to request a refund.

- 7 days before the event date, no refund can be given for no-shows. 

Video, Photo, and Audio Recording and Reproduction

- Video, photo and audio recording and reproduction shall be done by the DiscoverU staff. Participants are not allowed to record the event. 

General Release

In consideration of my participation at DiscoverU’s live event, I hereby generally release Muhammad Alshareef, DiscoverU, their agents, employees, assistants and co-sponsors including, but not limited to, the host hotel and its employees or agents, from any liability whatsoever related to my participation in this live event. 

I acknowledge that I have been given the opportunity to ask questions regarding any aspect of the releases contained herein, and by signing below, do acknowledge that I have carefully and completely read and fully understand all aspects of the releases and agree to these terms in their entirety. 

Medical Release

I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of engaging in DiscoverU’s event and activities and that there are no medical or psychological conditions currently afflicting me or which I have experienced in the past that would, if disclosed, cause DiscoverU to deny my participation in this live event. 

I certify that I am not currently under the care of any health care professional, or if I am under the care of a health care professional I have reviewed the emotional intensity, long hours and stressful physical demands of this program with my health care professional and have received their approval to attend this program and participate in full with no limitations whatsoever. 

I do hereby hold harmless and forever release Muhammad Alshareef, DiscoverU, the host facility, assistants, employees and/or co-sponsors from any liability whatsoever in the event that I sustain any physical injury, mental damage or death as a result of my decision to participate in any activities of this DiscoverU live event.
